Also---The Accused has now become The Guilty. 

I caught her in the act today.

I was sitting on the living room floor talking on the phone.  She was walking in circles around me and whining. 

And then...

She snatched my flippy flop and bolted for the back door (it was open because it was nice out). 

Her punishment = no sleeping on the bed with Mom and Dad. It probably won't last till bed time.  Hubby will ask why I told her no and the he'll laugh when I tell him why. 

He laughs because it's only my shoes that she does this.  Never his.
